30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return and initiate the return process. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
  • It must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are excluded from our return policy due to their nature. These include:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Downloadable software products.

  • Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] or call us at 213-496-7989. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with detailed return instructions, including the correct return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without prior authorization.
  3. Package Your Item: Carefully pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and it includes your proof of purchase. If an RMA number was provided, please write it clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Item: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item(s).

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work promptly to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a full refund, along with instructions for returning the item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at [email protected] and we will provide you with instructions.
